How is everyone doing this wonderful Wednesday???
Slowly getting into the diet life again and this time I plan on sticking to it until I reach my goal.
Starting weight in was 143 so I am down 5lbs from last week. Don't ask me how tho.
Exercise... I did 30 minutes Monday morning 25 minutes Tuesday morning and I went for about a 1/2 mile walk each night so October Miles = 1
My baby boy is turning 7 tomorrow. I can't believe it.
On the Home front...everything has come crashing down around my head. My husband and I got back together 2 months ago and now we are seperating again.. So by the end of Oct. I will be on the move again.. but on a positive note I found a house I really really want so waiting to talk to the realtor today. My credit is awful (my own fault) but I am hoping I can work something out with the owners. Right now I am in the numb stage and am still trying to figure things out. Trying to avoid the emotional train rec.. I was the last time.
Well I hope everyone has a wonderful day. Need to go work out for my 30 minutes now.
