Hi again....it's a beautiful day here.....sunny & warm & I feel good....the weather sure does affect my mood....when it is rainy & cloudy for days on end....my mood gets really low.

Had a busy day today out to coffee with a friend in the morning....came home for lunch.....back out to run errands.

I was talking to DS1 & DIL....she came home from the hospital today....they went to the hospital where DGD is....they held her for about 20 minutes....she is off the respirator now....is doing better now.

Cathy....up since 3 A.M.....I couldn't function on that little sleep.

Marble....about the only kind of milk shake I like is with frozen peaches....here is what I use.

1 cup skim milk
frozen peaches
some ice cubes
Splenda
a little vanilla
Put everything in the blender & blend.

Buddly.....Happy Anniversary!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!....although belated.

April

Question

For all you anti-cat hotel folks out there: instead of a kennel, I now have TWO options for them to stay at home. The woman who comes to stay with the cats had not responded, so I found someone who would come in twice a dayfor lots of $$$$$. And now the live-in has responded, is free, and is cheaper, and I'm sure the cats would be happier. Arrrgh! What to do? I'm leaning towards the live-in, although that means calling the drop-in lady to cancel. Any opinions?

More later - I'm on my way out for a walk.

Thanks KO, I think that is what I'll do. I know it'll be better for the cats, and maybe she'll sweep up all the litter they track around...

April - thanks for the good wishes.
I'm so glad to hear that your dil was able to go home and they were able to hold Claire. I'll bet that made mom feel so much better. And thats great news that she is off of the respirator, hopefully she will be strong enough to go home soon.
Night now, K
