Sundays menu-
Breakfast- 2 eggs and a wholefoods suppliment
Lunch- veggies- broccoli, brussel sprouts, and cabbage and a few peas
snack- ww organic fruit bar
Supper- okra, tomatoes, and fish
snack- ww organic chocolate chip cookie with 6 oz organic skim milk
I make myself quit eating before 6:00 pm and it really seems to help ...and I eat one whole wheat cookie a day to reward myself for doing well ...it is a treat I look forward too all day

I am still in awe that a ww cookie can taste this good
