We had sunday school and church this morning. I was up until 1:30 last night - just working on stuff around here after a youth teachers pizza fellowship last night - there are just not enough hours in the day ya know - so I'm hoping to get to bed early tonight. yea right

Thanks, Cathy! I'm about 5'6". I think if I reach my present goal (154) I'll still be on the chubby side for my height and frame, but hey, I'll worry about that when I get there. At least for now I'm relieved to be back under 200; sometimes I thought this day would never come. (Hope that's some encouragement to anyone else who gets discouraged easily --don't give up!.) I credit the 2-lb loss to all the fruits & veggies I've been eating. I have to keep going back to the grocery store every 2 or 3 days to replenish my veggie supply.
