TDKKathy---GOOD FOR YOU!!!! do that happy dance

and be sure to pat yourself on the back lots because it is such an improvement (no matter how small the change)
kathyxxx----I'm an admin. in surgery for a large medical school, I plan the lives of 240 3rd and 4th year med. students who have to take this required course for 8 weeks and 4 weeks each year.... we have 2 sets of exams for the 3rd years, orals and written (next week)...don't worry I have the answers in front of me and they aren't allowed to touch my "fake patients", but they can kill them off verbally by giving the wrong DX. They are graded by the surgeons who teach. (I'm not a doc., I refer to myself as the "party-planner" and set each student up individually with a mentor, collect a million different grades and prepare their transcripts for when they graduate and hope to become a specialized surgery resident. That takes another 8 years.
(all the men I date are doctors and ALL seem to be socially challenged or crippled, for someone who should be so smart, they don't have a clue about the real world....the last one could not even navigate the produce department in Pathmark...."look at those vegetables! how do you cook them?")
I'm sorry to hear about Cin's husband, a bowel obstruction can be very painful, is it diverticulitis, maybe Crohns?...I wouldn't even venture a guess, but hope he stabilizes.
I can't wait to get out of work, I'm sick of this place today!
