1 cup raisin bran crunch
1/2 cup 2% milk
2 cups coffee with splend & cream
2 small satsumas (off our fruits trees)
Lunch:
whole bag of ceasar salad
2 deli slices of turkey
caff free diet coke
Supper:
6 oz grilled fish w/ grilled onions
1 cup green beans
Water: 64 oz
Exercise: 35 minute walk
30 minutes strength training

1/2 cup wheat pasta
Water: 72 oz
Exercise: 30 minutes strength training
