Navi, some times it feels good just to write things down, have you considered journaling here at 3fc's ? I know a few people that it helps ALOT! One good thing about feeling crapy today is that tomorrow is another day and it could leave yo as quickly as it came. I get out of wack during that TOM too. Hugs !!

Lizzzzzy and DD good luck on the walk, have fun

I'm gonna go check out Atkins and be back later........

HUGS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Leenie? what's going on over at atkins? what am I missing? lol

I'm just getting back from church. My guys are back and unpacked and I have about 6 loads of clothes to do *sigh* oh well, the break was nice and dad gummit - even worth it! :-)

My oldest ds is writing a paper that is due tomorrow in English, youngest ds is out in our woods looking for squirrels, and my dh is over at his parents house cleaning the squirrels they killed this morning and getting all the camping gear put up. I would imagine they will all be taking naps later this afternoon. I'd rather do just about anything other than take a nap - just not my thing. Oops the dryer is buzzing.

later gaters

Hi all,

My weekend has been relatively good.

I lost 5 lbs and am very happy about that!

I ate out two times this weekend. Usually that's very very bad for me but I managed to order things that were not terrible. I had pecan crusted chicken salad at TGIF's and I got a broccoli, egg& cheese wrap at a diner this morning.

The downside was that I went to my step grandson's birthday party without having anything to eat for lunch.

I had 2 pieces of cake.

One problem with the weekend is that I don't know exactly how many calories/points I ate. I'm guessing but it's on the high side to be safe ...

oh well.

It was a great party!

Tippy, hope the dr can figure out what’s going on with your heart going into a-fib. One dr once told me that a lot of people experience a-fib, many without even knowing it.

Leens, WTG! Another 2 lbs gone!

Navi, I’m hoping you’re feeling better.

Cassie
