Default How is your body image today?

Mine today is okay. Not great, but not bad either. I've had worse days.

How is everyone doing today on the body image front?
Hope you're all having a good day.

I started some new kind exercises, and have added daily meditation in my routine. I really feel good due to such changing in routine.

I woke up earlier this morning and looking in my mirror. I felt skinnier than normal (because I had not eaten yet) and I knew it was because of that. It then made me feel terrible and I turned to a not so healthy breakfast. Felt like a major setback on trying to accept me.

This is a great topic to keep going daily!

I have had terrible self-image since I was a child. There have been just a couple periods in my adult life when my body image pleased me. That was when I was able to lose enough weight to be in the 'normal' range AND reaping the benefits of regular cardio and hand held weight workouts.

I am very self conscious about my legs ( I never wear shorts. Ever. ) and very self conscious about my upper arms now. It is really hard for me to wear t-shirts.

I am working very hard on 'fake it til you make it' and 'owning' my body (also trying to eat well and exercise consistently)

good luck to all of us!

Since I start making heavy lifting, my body change, and I love it! since them I love my body! I am not in the weight I should be , but I feel so great that I dont care if I hit that number or not... I am eating super healthy, but I took a break from the gym, because of fear of corona, but I will go back soon to continue!

Getting Married this Saturday and after gaining the Coronavirus 15 I was worried my dress wouldn't fit quite right. Yesterday I tried it on and I was happy the dress still works and when I looked in the mirror I felt pretty. Its certainly one less thing to worry about.

I had therapy this morning (Ironically about weight loss), and I hate that while we're having to do it through tele-health I have to see a picture of myself the entire time. I do feel self conscious that my neck and face feel too big.

It is very important for the body to have the high quality and efficient elements after the diet was ended. That is why I like to eat the healthy food and use organic cosmetics even after simple detox. To allow my skin be so bright as it must be all the time.
