I'm an 18 year old girl, roughly 5'8" and 155 lbs. I want to lose weight as fast as I can in the healthiest way possible. So what are some things you've changed in your lifestyle/diet that made a big difference on how you've lost weight? (I'm not very interested in a keto type diet or Speed Test starving myself.)

You can simply lose weight by adjusting your meals. And that means to eat less carbs

Personally, I recommend you to start running, gyming, and any outside game to lose weight with energy. These things maintain you IBM.

Do exercise on a regular basis, avoid junk foods, consume more fruits and vegetables, and drink more water.

Default Calories Control

Restrict your daily calories you're consuming. Consuming an excessive amount of calories is a common cause of unhealthy weight gain.

Losing weight at home in 7 weeks is definitely possible with the right diet and exercise plan. Here are some tips to help you get started:
  • Create a calorie deficit: Losing weight requires you to burn more calories than you consume. To create a calorie deficit, you need to either eat fewer calories or burn more calories through exercise. Aim to create a deficit of around 500–1000 calories per day to lose 1–2 pounds per week.
  • Eat a healthy, balanced diet: Focus on eating whole foods like fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. Avoid processed foods, sugary drinks, and snacks. Keep track of your calorie intake using an app or journal.
  • Exercise regularly: Aim for at least 30 minutes of exercise most days of the week. This can include cardio exercises like running or biking, as well as strength training exercises like push-ups, squats, and lunges.
  • Stay hydrated: Drinking enough water can help you feel full and reduce your appetite. Aim for at least 8 glasses of water per day.
  • Get enough sleep: Sleep plays an important role in weight loss. Aim for 7–8 hours of sleep per night to help regulate your appetite hormones.
Remember, losing weight takes time and effort, but it is achievable. Be patient with yourself and stay committed to your plan. Good luck!

You definitely can achieve your goals, but the best and most sustainable results come from a long-term, smart approach to weight loss. It’s all about patience and consistency. One important thing to remember is to avoid stress as much as possible, because stress is one of the main triggers for me when it comes to overeating and gaining weight. I’ve learned that when I’m stressed, I tend to eat more, and that just sets me back on my progress. That’s why I decided to take action and reached out to https://stateofwriting.com/uk/buy-dissertation for help with my studies. By lightening the academic load, I’ve been able to keep my stress in check and stay more focused on my health goals. It's been a real game-changer for me

I think the best option would be to find the best diet and training for yourself
