Viral infection in my body that keeps relapsing. Been eating low calorie for 9 days. Not by choice. But there is so much inflammation that i am not losing an ounce. Because of the inflammation and pain I cannot have most foods. the husband of a RN friend of mine is leaving applesauce and a half spaghetti squash for me. I will eat it on Monday

A friend sent food to me. Plus I went to Trader Joe's. So I ate a lot. The GI viral infection persists. Hard to get rid of. Being treated separately for parasites. Able to eat more now. eggs 420 butter 200 sesame oil 100 spghetti squash 100 Cooked spinach 40 Cooked apples 200 coffee 200 carrot purée soup with summer squash 100 total 1360 |

Medicine working too well on the parasites. Now I can eat a lot again. Mixed blessing. Too many cooked apples. Gluten free big cookie. Peanut butter chocolate chip. Ginger beer with sugar. Making up for lost time |
