Fi - I don't know :D I used to go back to my original and just edit; then I noticed all others were doing a new post each time. I always want to blend in :rofl: so I started doing that too.
I am not aware of any recommendations from mods about brevity of content, so I didn't think it mattered much either way. But if I continued to just go back to my original when others were doing new posts, it appeared that I wasn't keeping up.

I did some walking outside even though it is bitter cold outside, and I am continuing to do my PT exercises, I may be able to go to less PT soon per my surgeon's advice- YAY!!! :carrot:

I'm still sticking to plan. I started a diet last week, in conjunction with my exercise program, and so far so good. The scale has started to move. I'll update later on my exercise accomplishments. I had a pretty active weekend.

:) I'm trying. In December I took 4 days off. The 7th day with P90X3 is optional, you don't have to work out but since the workouts are only 1/2 hour I usually decide to do it. I felt great until yesterday- yesterday I was really fatigued. I did my workout, but I went to bed at 9pm. I couldn't fall asleep until just past 10pm, but it's still an improvement since I often stay up and read until 11. Hopefully a few nights of extra sleep will have me back feeling energetic. If not, I might take Sunday off as a complete rest day.

What is JM's "Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism" workout like? I enjoy the two JM videos I have, I have 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30. Both are the 3-2-1 style workouts she developed.

Dee - JM's Banish Fat Boost Metabolism is pretty good! Mostly standing cardio, (some floor work) and using bodyweight only; though I try to hold 1 or 3# handweights sometimes. Goes pretty quickly; she does 3 different moves, then you repeat that; then onto next section. Has 2 very fit girls next to her but she does emphasize modifying to suit your fitness.

Friday 17 swim with weights good water work out 30 minutes.

Wow Mrs Snark 5k!!!! a day!!! One day perhaps I will be there. I did buy me a wii machine, used. it has just the original game. I am trying to find a couple fitness games.

I am just so impressed by everyone's posts. This is the best support group I have ever seen.
