Hello chickadees!

It's Friday and I am busy doing payroll and such but wanted to start this up.

I hope everybody is having a good day. I am pmsing so bad, but I think it will be ok as long as nobody looks at me wrong today. ;-)

My grandmother fell and broke her hip last night and I am very concerned about her. I'm sure I will be at the hospital a good bit over the weekend. I need to help my mom as much as I can.

Tippy - I hope you are taking care of yourself. No wonder your blood pressure is up with all you've got going on - wow! please try to take it easy! :-)

Hi Everyone, yup its friday YAHOOOO.. I'm so ready for the weekend. Don't have a whole lotta stuff planned just time away from here is all I ask for

Diet's going okay, making better choices and feeling a little bit better.

I might be going back to the doctors soon. My spine is really giving me alot of pain, right down at the bottom of my tail bone...ouch. No matte where or how I sit.... I'll give it a wee bit more time to see if it gets better b/4 running to the dr.

I've dusted off my dicky simmons exercise tapes and my walking ones.. they keep stareing at me so I'm getting the urge to start soon.

Hello Ladies,
I am packed and ready to leave town to visit my ailing Father again.who lives 223 miles away..but apparently my daughter who is going with me.. got our "wires crossed" and she wont be able to leave until around 4 PM! Sooooooooooooooo I can now relax for a few and wait.NOW that is a real switch!

Guess I will go gas up the car and get ready for the traffic.traveling thru Cincinnati is always fun....................

Hope all goes well with your Grandmother Cathy.when my little Grandmother broke her hip and had surgery.........she was never able to walk again.so pititul.but she made it through the surgery and was in a wheelchair.......all a part of "the cycle of life".just like me watching out for my Dad. My step Dad died 3 years ago and this is my "biological Father"! I am thankful we still have a good relationship.even though my parents divorced when I was very young.

Leens...hope you seek help with your back too! It must be aggravating to have a lot of back pain!

It's cloudy and looks like rain here in Ky but we sure have had some pretty sunny days.I managed to get a few flowers in the ground so I dont mind at all for the rain. Just like lfe.it takes the RAIN & the SUN to make the flowers grow!

It's Friday already--and the first weekend of May!

Today, I may just run a few errands, and I am cleaning house on Saturday. It is supposed to be GREAT weather for the Pittsburgh Marathon on Sunday--who knows, I may be able to participate next year at this time ! And, of course, I always weigh and measure myself every Sunday, and go to bingo Sunday nights. (Ms Excitement here.... )

Hi everyone

When I woke up this morning....there was snow on the ground....& it was still snowing....it has stopped now....the roads are bare now.....it is May 2!!!!!!!!!!!

All week it was sunny....but it is overcast today....so I used the light box this A.M.....am still feeling good.

DH is out buying a greenhouse....it is 6' by 8'.....he likes to garden a lot & we have such a short growing season here. In his teen years he lived with his aunt & uncle on a farm. He is going to get some tomato & cucumber plants.....plus some other plants.

Have been doing good with eating the last few days.

Cathy.....I hope your grandmother is doing better now.

Leenie.....did I miss something....did you fall.....I have arthritis in my tailbone......when I do too much....it starts acting up.

Hey everyone..I had a nice long post that just went up in thin air so this will be a quickie cause I have to go shower! I have lots of fun and relaxation planned for this weekend!
