Default Menopause

I was told when you walking will make you feel better? I walk for a half hour.(at a fast pace) I had hoped lessen the moodyness and hot flashes, but it don't. Sometimes it seems to get worse. Trying to diet only makes it worse. I am disgusted! I try so hard and get no where.
