What are you studying? I wish I could jack my job in and go back to uni I want to retrain, as i have lost the love for my job
4 stone wow thats really good, did you find it hard?
I got down to 9 stone for my dads wedding in 2005 but I had 2 very young babies at the time and all the running around helped alot. I put it all back on though with in 6 months of the wedding hoping to keep it of this time xx

hiya
When i was 9 stone to be honest I was to small and i was on a really awful diet and on the day of the wedding i had a mental headache and felt sick because i hadnt eaten solid food for over 2 weeks, i wont put myself through that again i just wanted to rub in my famileys face how slim i was and I did but only for 1 day lol
psychology sounds interesting I did construction management sooo boring and the jobs not much better. when my husband starts working again i will consider retraining as I am getting older i dont fancy strolling around buildings all day long.
Iv went on a hike this morning with the kids and then come home and slept all afternoon I dont know if its where i am tired or just depressed again feeling really miserable again today
Good luck for next week on the diet

iv been on and off meds to for years i just can never find the right ones for me but i am willing to try again.
I had a flip out on sunday so i have been back and forth to the docs and seeing the mental health team all week, i am on the waiting list for CBT and therapy but it will be about 6 months before i get seen and can start, i hate the NHS they said 6 months wait or go privatively and been seen within 24hrs its £600 a session and even though i have insurance so i wont have to pay i feel they are p**s taking.
I will just see what tomorrow brings

I will have to look into weight watchers lots of good things have been said im just scared to go on my own
Good luck for next week xxx
