Oh Buddly... I am so sorry to hear that. What a horrible thing I agree... get him off your cards, off you bank account and out of your life!!!

It turns out my neighbors daughter might not have killed herself after all... it looks like it might have been a bad interaction between some of her meds. She was bi-polar and a few other things so meds can stack up pretty quick. Don't know for sure yet but that's the latest news.

Buddly - you know I've been where you are. If you would like to PM me, I can give you my email, and a strong shoulder.

I love you all - and I so rarely post now - but Buddly... I'm right here.

Thank you all so much for your support.

I really don't know whats going to happen next. He text me this morning to let me know where he was headed and that his pay cheque was in the bank and how much it was. And that has been it since last nights exchanges.
I was a little naughty the other night and I sort of got into his fb acct and got her email address and then unfriended her. She is now signed up to receive a daily bible scripture though. I sort of thought she may need a reminder of the tenth commandment.
I had my self esteme class this morning, that was tough. But then I met up with a girlfriend for lunch and had a really good "therapy" session. I talked so much that my poor throat, which is still healing is sore.

Anyway I need some sleep.
Take care all and thank you so much
K

So it turns out I was pretty sick! Had bronchitis, had to miss work mon and Tuesday. We traveled to my sisters house and really just today I noticed I'm coughing less.
Best news this week for me is that I finally got up the nerve to get back on the scale after 2 wks (and not exercising for about that long!!) aaannnd... I'm still the same weight!!!! That's what I was hoping for and that gave me the little push to get accountable again by logging food everyday and weighing myself every day.

So I went to the hotel gym with my hub this a.m.(what's a DH?) and was able to do some slow-paced cardio without coughing up a lung

So sorry about your husband Buddly! No one deserves that!! Dishonesty in relationships is so painful. Hope you can take it one hour at a time and do what's best for you.

I forgot that not everyone does Thanksgiving! Hope everyone who does had a good one.

hey everyone and glad you are not coughing as much lillydi, bronchitis is crappy. Oh a "DH" is Dear Husband. DD - Dear Daughter, etc.

I'm not 'happy' this morning but neither am I in a dark mood, I'll take 'not happy' over that.

I feel about the same Vermont. I'm not thrilled but not completely down and worthless either. I'm getting the back to work anxiety already for monday. I haven't accomplished much of anything and I'm feeling bad about it. When you work 2 jobs it's hard to get anything done so I should have really taken advantage of this time but...

I'm also eating like a crazy person and GAINING! I hate myself for it but I guess I should only look forward. The problem is all of my cravings are back with a vengeance. I had gravy and biscuits for breakfast and all I can think about is how I could go for some mexican right now. Help!

hope4me - its the colder weather that is making us want to fill up isn't it!!

buddly how are things

and hi to everyone else

I haven't lost any weight since I made myself face the truth about going up five pounds...but I haven't really tried hard either  But I have been consistent with exercise and have only missed 2 days this month. The only thing that keeps me working out , is thinking how much my legs and knees would hurt if I stopped.

well I hope everyone has a good day

Hey everyone....

Buddly - Good one! That's too freaking funny!

Vermont & Hope - I know how you guys feel... I've gone up 3 pounds but I haven't moved my little marker thing. I should be way down by now... I am really really slacking and I need to face up to that.

I'm on day two of a killer headache... pure misery and I think I managed to pull my groin.

Hi everyone,

I'm still here and we are still coping.
And thank you so much for the support.

Things are progressing, the skank isn't a happy camper right now and she is letting me know it.
Anyway counseling tomorrow, so hopefully we can sort out the jumble that are my thoughts so maybe I can start sleeping again and get some tools to help my girls through this mess.

I do hope all my American friends enjoyed their thanksgiving. Now on to Christmas. My girls picked up an artificial tree and have it set up and decorated, this is very different for us, but its making them happy.

And welcome FoodObsessed, this is a great place and full of the most wonderful and loving people anywhere.
Take care all,
K
