Well GOOD GOOD GOOD morning to all of you!

I had a real good time on my bathroom scale this morning!!! It is finally down another 2 lbs!!!!!! yippeee wooooohoooo haraaaaaa

Can you tell I'm excited!!!

So that is a total of 12 lbs lost. It took me 5 weeks to lose 10 lbs and then another 10 weeks to lose another 2 lbs (gosh I shouldn't have counted that up) but still I am excited to see the scale moving down.

I have not been walking like I should, or drinking enough water, but still my bathroom scale blessed me by moving down 2 lbs this morning! Gosh life is good! hehe

I hope everybody has just as great a day!

Perspective is everything! (I'm talking to myself here) ;-)

I sure hope and pray that they have finally caught the snipers!!!

Great job Cathy! I din't get out of bed this morning to make it to the gym. I think I may be getting sick. I am going to try not to let that encourage me to eat. When I get to feeling bad I want to consume everything I see.

Lake Charles is about 3 1/2 to 4 hours drive. My husband drives to Houston and Beaumont all of the time for work. He drives right past you.

Cathy congrats on the weight loss! I am so happy for you...I know that this has been a long time coming for you and I know how good it feels with the clothes start getting looser!

Kempyd hope you are feeling better soon...I know what you mean...most people don't eat when they are feeling sick,,,not me, I figure maybe it will make me feel better to consume 4000 calories at a sitting

I am supposed to be packing up myself and my 2 girls for a road trip. We have a 4 hour drive to do after school today....dd 10 has a choir workshop and performance and I am bringing dd4 along. Hubby and dog have to stay home and hold down the fort.

I am so not ready. In the old days I would have been packed for days ahead of time.

I hope the roads are good and my kids behave.

Yeah, when I don't feel well, I eat. And, usually I feel worse so I eat some more.
We have freezing rain and snow coming down now. I can tell the sidewalks are slippery cause two of my outside cats went sliding on their sides tying to get some scrapes I threw out. Those two are the dumbest cats I've ever seen...exept for Duh. Now that was a dumb cat. These two, Black Nose and White Face, are litter mates from last year and how they've survived is beyond me.
Anyway...got to do some sewing and cleaning. See you later!

Tippy be thankful it is winter. I am wearing shorts rihgt now. Isn't it October? Our high is 77. Needless to say we never put away our summer clothes b/c you could be wearing a coat one day and a bathing suit the next. No wonder I feel sick.
I did just break down and eat a small bag of protein chips. Still fel like I could go graze at the local Mexican rest. right around the corner from work. MMMMM Chips and cheese dips. I WILL BE STRONG!! After all I just got those 3.5 lbs off. I can't have them coming back so soon.

Oh yeh, tippy. love the mames of the cats. I have Saprticus and Hera. I did have one namde Achilles. we get a little carried away with the mythology thing.

Liz, here I am, believe me I haven't forgotten about you guys, how could I ?

Cathy CONGRATS on the Weight Loss !! Don't we all know how hard it is.. I haven't weighed myself since was born...I'm afraid

Kem even when its 95 degree's here I don't wear shorts, to much jiggles and wiggles and wobbles.......eeeeeeew. Cottage cheese doesn't look good jiggling I do like the fall but I hate when we get to much snow. It should snow once a year, Christmas, and thats it

Tippy, didn't I say not to say the "S" word......brrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Whats up Sis, are you crock potting today ? I think I should move by either you or LindaT because both of you have your dinners planned so well..........I'll bring desert - Okay healthy (NOT). LOL just bustin.

Leens I try to keep the jiggly fat tan. They say that tan fat looks better than white fat. It seems to camaflouge it pretty well.
