Default sleep

hello all,

I was wondering if anyone here is on amiltryptaline/ i know thats spelled wrong...My gp prescribed 25mg for sleep, and upped my Zoloft to 100 mg, and lately i've been sleeping all night 7 tired all day. Plus, the nausea came back from the Zoloft since the dose was increased. JW if anyone had any input.

p.s. i take my Zoloft at night since it made me sleepy during the day.

Have you ever had a sleep study? Even if you sleep all night, other things could be causing you to still be tired. Also, Amitrptyline and Zoloft have residual side effect of sleepiness. You might try taking the Zoloft a bit earlier in the evening so that you are not as tired the next day. I actually had to go off Zoloft because I was falling asleep at work.

Thanks, i'll talk to my gp.

but, just as a follow up, I am feeling much better and the hung-over tired feeling in the morning seems to be going away as long as I get 8+ hours.
