Mornin'
HI Leens and Ruthie and those yet to come,
3.5 more days.. ugh. Another day, another day up at the *#&%#@(% crack of dawn. To make this mornings festivities all the better, I had a nasty bout of heartburn sitting at my desk this morning. Arggh. And of course, nary a bottle of Maalox in sight. I get bad reflux maybe half a dozen times a year.. it goes up from middle of burning chest, up throat and into my right ear where it burns like the dickens and even makes my right sinus burn. I got up and walked around and that seemed to help.. only lasted a few mins. I think this is a result of all the raw foods I had the past few days... I have a wonky digestive system as it is and raw foods tend to exacerbate it. No salads for me today, that's for sure. Maybe not even my apple. Still feel a little burny, but better so that I can type and work at least.
Leens, make that boss go on vacation!! Tell her she looks tired and worn out and needs a rest. I am glad you enjoyed the piece of cake. Isn't it nice to have small indulgences and NOT feel guilty?
Ruthie, glad you are home. I hope your house was still standing after leaving Harry and Hershey home alone for a weekend.
I have to go and do some tax credit paperwork.. ugh.. Hope everyone has a nice day and checks in.

Hello
Today is always a difficult day as my 2 year old died this day 6 years ago. For those of you that do not know he had a rare genetic disease. He could not live off a respirator so I brought him home to die...it was of course my greatest hearbreak....I knew I would miss him I just didn't realize I would miss him SO much
So that is about all I am thinking about today.
Took my girls to their respective day camps and walked with hubby for about an hour. He is off this entire week.
So glad I had the weekend with my friends to rejuvenate me and help me remember how blessed and how loved I am.
Have a wonderful day my friends!
Liz

Liz,I don't thnk that I knew the date that your child died, but this may sound strange. You have been on my mind all day! Hope that you know that we'll all be thinking of you.
My sister lost three of her seven childrent hrough illness and accidents. I never can understand the incredible strength that it must take to survive losing a child. God bless!

Dearest Lizzie,
I knew about your darling little boy, but didn't realize today was the (anniversary) day the angels took him up to heaven. It must be a terrible burden on you, one that I know will never leave you. I have two other good girlfriends that have lost children and time has never healed them. They do find comfort in talking about their children, so we do that often. May God help you, your husband and your precious girls through those dark moments. And I'm glad to hear that you can look upon your life and those in it as blessings.
Love~~~~~Meg

Hey Leens, Lizzie, Linda, Lippy and Luthie, it's me Leg!!!!
This is a Lovely bunch of "L"oonies wouldn't you say???
I can't write much just wanted to say hi, I am leaving in about 20 minutes to go order my dress for the wedding. Probably going to need the tent maker there. I hate to spend all this money!!!! But as you all know, I have tried on about 100 dresses and this is the only one I would even consider. I am going to try and get a picture of it so I can scan and sent to all of you since it is so hard to explain. It will most likely be on a skinny model, so it will look good!!!
Well have a great evening...hope to catch some of you later.
Leg (Meg)
