
I strongly suggest you check out the Chicks in Control area. Binging & purging are very unhealthy things. Not just for your body, but they're unhealthy ways of dealing with what's going on emotionally as well.
Are you able to recognize why a binge hit you? Was there a particular event or feeling? Even just realizing what these emotional situations are, may help you to prevent future binges.
Forget about weight loss goals such as losing a certain amount by a certain date. You have many things that are going to need your attention. One being your binging & purging. I cannot stress enough that it will be far more important for your overall health if you are able to help control these behaviors while at the same time eating healthier (and then slowly losing weight during the process) instead of weight loss being the main focus.
