I hope everyone is having a good day! I overslept (again) and was late to work, so that means I'll have to work late again this week. Sigh.
Heather - did you survive mad, mad, rehearsal day yesterday? When does the show go up?
Sassy - Hi! C25K is Couch to 5K training - a combination of walking and running that builds over a series of weeks until you run 3 miles! There is a bunch of info online, including different levels of plans, from conservative to agressive. I decided to start this month.
Well all - my big deal this week is going to be how to travel for business and still eat healthy. I'll have one dinner meeting, and 2 "networking receptions," and I assume 2 unhealthily catered breakfasts and lunches. So somehow I need to devise a plan before I go. My current thought is not to eat at the receptions, and maybe get a glass of the nastiest wine they have - that way I'll work on the one glass all night. I might also skip the breakfasts and have room service, but I'm not sure... It's going to be a challenge to figure out how to get the small doses pf protein throughout the day that I'm used to eating now. I also need to make sure I get my walks in. Any tips my friends?

??? Hahaha - the best part of that is that it wasn't good - remind yourself of that next time the pizza calls your name... pizza is a HUGE downfall of mine... I think I will always love it! Rotten luck about your hubby - he's had such a time of it! Hope the antibiotics kick in and give him some relief soon!!

Hope, you are more thann welcome to come and take your snow any time now! We have no more room!! The school bus got stuck at the start of her run so the girls got to stay home. Actually because we are a "bussed" school, so few students showed up they didn't bother with actual classes, just had a study day for the kids who showed up and stayed. Hopefully spring will start soon. My mom and I went shopping together yesterday and we were leaving our jackets in the van it was so nice and warm, what a difference a day makes!
Can I ask how you managed to get things to "click" so that you kept going and started succeeding? I'm having such a tough time getting started, I know what needs to be done and how its done and I have the vanity, health, sick and tired thing going on, but I can't seem to stay motivated long enough to start in the right direction.
(we don't have a sombro smiley) lol.
and I am so freaking glad!!! I have been SOOOOOOO tired this week!!! My DH had to like launch me out of bed almost to get me going!!! lol. But I made it. I seriously wanted to call off tonight and just SLEEP but thought, "nahh its my "Friday" and I don't want to use up the few measely personal time hours I have saved up!!!" lol

I actually saw a show that they DEEP FRIED pizza!!! lol. Yeah DH said that his ears "popped" lastnight so that gave him some releif at least!! WTG on the Day 9 of clean eating!!!
