Good Morning to Everyone!
A little snow and single digit weather has already cancelled school here in Ky!
I know the kids are excited .my daughter that has four children probably is not ...........she loves school! Who can blame her?
I cleaned out a messy closet during the Super Bowl and felt like I had really accomplished something! I have meant to do it for weeks! It is amazing how such a little thing makes you feel!
Work will be slow today due to snow and Super Bowl parties............it has a real effect on Weight Watcher members!
Well I am off to exercise to a WW DVD walk in place.............gotta keep that up !

Hey Leenie - yes yes and yes but my scale is not being nice to me I guess I need to do better and see if I can get that scale to move in the right direction. How's your eating and exercise? everything going ok? 10 degrees!?! yikes!?! are you able to stay warm in that????

Boy all this talk of snow and I am just glad it isn't raining.
I went to the gym today to get an evaluation to see how I have been doing and I can't believe it, I GOT FATTER!!!!! I really want to swear right now. %^*&$&^% (*&^!@#%$. That felt a little better. I really thought I was doing good and I see that I have just made it worse. Of course she was doing ehr job and trying to get me to do all sorts of test s to see where i need to be as far as cardio but I think I pay enough to that place. I hate that this is making my day suck.
R we all snowed in???????? lol. We got snow and its still cold of course. City managers asked Companies to let their employees go home early and our company offered hotel rooms, as they always do. We are off, but DH checked his email and saw that they were offering the hotel rooms.
We've been watching movies and just staying IN! lol. I'm doing laundry now too. It's actually kinda nice, to be "Snowed in" kinda romantic. lol. I thought I might even bake something later too..........We'll see...........

Can you believe that they are expecting it to get to 70 degrees here today. It's been really cold the last month for Louisiana, but it's suppose to feel like spring this afternoon.
I didn't get up early enough to exercise this morning *sigh* that's gonna bug me all day dang it! or maybe I'll decide not to give it another thought what's done is done.
What's everybody up to today? I gotta get busy here at work.

Sassy that sound so nice. I guess we kind of do that too down here but it is with rain. Those are the days you make a big pot of soup and hang out on the sofa all day.
Cathy it was supposed to be that wamr yestreday but I don't think it ever got there. I tried to sit outside with the dogs and I got kind of chilly. It is nice and foggy today though. I guess the humidity is creeping back in.
I need to fix some curtains in the spareroom so I think I might try to get that done today. Other than that is might be another reading day. It all depends on how much energy I have as to what I get done around here.

Tues morning was fine...........my husband actually offered to drive me to my out of town meeting because of the weather we were expecting....so I let him! 28 brave souls weighed in for 2 meetings.....we cancelled the 2nd meeting...........Last week we had 100 plus between the two meetings so it was a good call. Driving in the snow wasnt too bad but of course I did not do it! Ha
The grocery stores were packed and had long lines.....all that for nothing.........it was not nearly what the weather guy called for!
Well......I NEED to exercise ...wish I felt like this carrot! I will when I am finished! Bye for now............................
I just feel so blah and kinda down. I know why.......because I know I have to go into work tonight. Tonight is my "Monday", so I'm sure you all can understand. Everybody dreads "Monday's" and even though I don't technically start my week on a Monday, I still feel it............Esp. since I get 3 days off instead of the usual 2, since I work 10 hr. nights.
It was nice while it lasted I guess. It was just nice cuddling up with a warm blanket and watching movies..........Now tonight its back to the "real world"
Cin it is like that down here with the weather people. They usually get everyone so worked up and then it isn't as bad as they say. I wonder if they are in with the gorcery stores?
Sassy my hubby used to work night and had the same schedule. It used to amaze me at how he could stay awake all day on he "Friday" and return to the normal world and then be right back into his night schedule.
Leens I can take care of the hairyness.
Do you think that when you get off of BC you will get sick?
Kempyd -- DH & I stay on our schedules, even on our nights off, it is hard to switch schedules around like that. Our friend does that, he has too really, he has 5 kids, DH & I don't have any children yet so we can stay on our night schedules. I don't see how our friend does it either.
