Default The truth
My life has been one big **** ride for the last couple weeks. And I haven't been able to eat 1 full meal since a couple weeks ago......and now......that everything is going back to normal and the way things should be, I still can't get myself to eat like for exsample yesturday I tried to eat a bowl of macoroni and chesse...I ate 5 bites and couldn't eat anymore. And I know it's bad for me to starve myself, but everytime I get hungry and start looking for food, I get sick to my stomach and can't eat. What can I do? I lost 15 pounds in 2 weeks. I don't want the weight back....but I need to start to eat again but I can't......

Why don't you start with things that are easier to digest like rice or mild veggies or broth based soup? It would be easier on your empty stomach to digest. You need to eat - you don't want to start down this slippery slope.
