I am so overscheduled for November, it's not even funny...
...but I refuse to use my busy schedule as an excuse to not work out! So today I sat down with my calendar and scheduled my gym time just as I would my rehearsals and my appointments. I scheduled 23 days out of the month - 2 extra days in addition to my 21-days goal just in case there is an emergency or illness.
DH, incidentally, officially thinks I have become a freak. When I told him that my goal was to get to the gym five days a week, he told me "Honey, only
bodybuilders do that!" Am I crazy for wanting to go to the gym five days out of seven? It's not like it's cutting into time spent with him because a good portion of my gym days are scheduled for the morning, and he's out the door by 6:30 a.m. anyway.
I guess I'm a little bummed out because it seems like he's trying to burst my bubble.
