  • Shellie!! you can do it, I know you can!! 1500 minutes will be tough but we can do it together!!
  • Yay so proud of everyone! Really, it is such a huge accomplishment to set these types of exercise goals and then achieve success! We should all be very proud and choose a non-food way to reward ourselves. Here are a variety of reward ideas:

Anyone else have ideas? What will you choose to reward yourself? You deserve it!
  • 1520 minutes of intentional exercise and 32.5 miles walked!! I didn't do too shabby. I wish I would have gotten that last 2.5 miles walked to reach 35miles, but I am not disappointed at all!

Sojo~I will reward myself with a LONG LONG HOT HOT shower without the kids. Tomorrow we are going shopping and I may throw a little something in for myself!!

I hope to see everyone here on the December Challenge!!
  • You are all doing so awesome! It feels great to accomplish this! I got to 2465 in November so I am over my 1800 mark. SO an 82 minute a day average , so 41.083 hours and 123.25 miles! Whoohooo!! Now for pounds. I started at 219 and today I am down to 213! Now I will say I did lose an extra pound before turkey day but gained it back. SO I did lose 7 pounds this month but gained 1 back. Still not bad. One thing I did notice though is my tummy is getting better! A little tip for you brisk walkers, every once in a while shake it up by running for a minute or so, it gets that heart rate up and actually (IMO) works the top belly muscles. That is what started decreasing this month for me. Drink plenty of water!
  • I FAILED!!!!! Boo, but I'm not dwelling on it. Today is a new month, and I will achieve my goal!!! See ya at the new challenge!
  • Shellie you did not fail! The only time you fail is when you quit trying!
  • Shellie You DID GREAT!!!! YOU DID NOT FAIL! you got in what, 1100 minutes??? You are totally awsome!!
  • Great job shellie!! At least you weren't sitting on your butt the entire month!!!
