I think a challenge is just what I need right now and would like to join.
I haven't posted since June after an injury to my foot made it impossible to exercise. Then my eating spiraled out of control. My goals, as listed in my signature, are to get back on track with eating and re-start an exercise routine.
Current weight is 177. Because I am re-starting after gaining a little over 10 pounds, I guess that's also my start weight.
Goal weight: I am a very slow loser.

So for now, I want to focus on behavioral goals, things I can control, rather than a number on the scale. So here goes. By Thanksgiving, I want to have lost my cravings for sweets.

I want to exercise five days a week, with a good mix of cardio, strength, and flexibility training.

I plan to refine my goals over the next week or so and make them more specific.
I am looking forward to this and to chatting with everyone!
