Well, I have been to the gym... got weighed - and am 14 pounds more than I thought :(
But - at least I am now doing something about it, so am NOT going to let it get to me. I am more ready than ever to get this all started! I have just measured all my vital statistics, (yikes!), and started a book tracking my food intake everyday. 10 pounds by Halloween sounds good to me! |

Yippee, ny weight is back down to 140 today. Food Today: b...buckwheat groats (wheat free cereal), 1 pear, vitamins L...egg/egg white omelette, 2 slices rye bread, kale, 1 tsp olive oil D...1 cup green beans, 1 steak, baked red onion, 8 oz red wine workout today: noon...1 hour run, abs, stretch 4:30 pm...30 minute bike ride Off to church today and to do a bit of shopping. |

Count Me In
So, the turkey and all the fixins are over, I had to eat:o .
I can easily get through New Year's Eve and New Year Day with a glass of wine:D . I exercise using: Walk Away The Pounds For Your Abs with 5 lb handweights and I have just recently purchased "Turbo Jam." |
