Ok when we hit well over 200post in the other thread I had to start a new one it was overwhelming for me and I know most of you, I couldn't imagine what it was like for new commers or people that check infrequently. So here is our 1st weekly thread because WE ROCK!!!

Woo... this is much better, the other one was way overwhelming!

I'm doing good! I keep telling myself "I am in control" whenever I want to eat crap or binge out (it seems that those thoughts are on the attack lately *sigh*)

As today was my official weigh in day, I have lost about 5 pounds this first week. I am going for 2 pounds a week from now on, that would be awesome!

So wonderful of you Pumpkin to get this going.......

I need motivation help, give me a boost, I am begging. I have ate like there is no tomorrow, today. Someone brought in TWO 9x13 pans of layered taco dip. I think I might of ate a half of one myself. Sooo scarey.

Weigh in tonight at WW and don't even want to go and face it. I know I must go, but don't want to. I need the push. I must go and face reality. I feel like a pig.

Owira-I know what you mean on the football. My son is a senior. He is the captain (there are 4 total captains) of the Varisity team. He tore his menisci (in his knee), and has to wear a knee brace for 4 weeks. He didn't hurt his knee playing football tho, he did it camping one weekend, go figure.

Wish me luck tonight. Make me go.

Okay I'm reporting in with a loss! a great loss for me!!!!! It is a 2.6 lb loss! I can't believe it! I think it is so shocking to me because I broke into the 160's! I was so wondering when this day would come! I so know I can do this and can't wait to reach 165....160 & then into the 150's! You girls have helped me so much! I wish we could all meet one day! That would be so cool!

Annie: I'm with you! I didn't binge but I ate high calorie stuff for the past 2 days. For someone who is stalled, I'm not doing a fantastic job of jumpstarting things. I suspect the first 2 weeks of school/job will be more of the same but less and less until I get into a routine. Today the school fed us breakfast and a cake at the end of the day. I should have said no to the cake because I ate mexican for lunch. Tmw will be the same. Then we will start bringing our lunch. I'm making no apologies because I went in with information and the knowdege of what I was eating. I knew this week was coming (kinda like vacation).

JennyDee: I just broke 160 myself. Love it. I do it by the 5lbs. When I hit 5lbs of loss, I feel like I lost something instead of the scale flunctuating.

About Me: I recently cut my hair from past shoulder length to my ears (sassy flips in the back). This is the shortest I've ever cut my hair. Today I got sooooo many compliments on my first day back to work (school) (Of course what else are people gonna say? they have to notice it and nobody is gonna say it looks terrible. I like it though...that's what counts). It's the shortest my hair has ever been. Boy, what courage!

It's been a rough week for me, but some how I managed to lose 2lbs. I cheated alot...not pleased with myself, but I'm ready to pick myself back up

I know that it is hard to go weigh in when you think you haven't been all that good. But I think it is better to go and get it over with..then you can start anew. Everyone falls off the wagon once in awhile...that is why we are over weight. I think that when you put off facing the scale it is more like falling off the wagon and then having it run over you. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, find a lesson in the week and continue on...then come and talk to us...you can do it....I have faith in you. Leslie

Something you don't know about me???? Where do I start? Last year I tried to sell advertising space on my dentures on ebay....I was all over the news and newspaper...it was a blast. They did not sell but what the heck. Leslie

Am still hangin in there on my WW program ..altho i feel like i am eating all the time just to get the amount of points they say i am suppose to have .. i never was a big eater.. definitely not breakfast *which am eating now* then midsize lunch .. and decent supper .. but now everytime i turn around i am havin to eat an apple or something to get my points.. i feel so bloated.. blah ..
hit the gym hard today .. it was horribly hot in there... had sweat just streaming .. ick ... but did my treadmill and my weights and then treadmill again .. i swear i hear my muscles groaning every day .. i keep hoping my stomach will give up the battle and just move on out .. we are at a constant war .. laughs ... well keep on goin everyone ... we are all making some great headway!! t/c and hugs

The party this weekend was awesome!! But I definetly ate to much over the past 3 days...But tommrow I'm back on track, going for a walk with my friend again and sticking to my diet!! THis I Pray! THank you Lord!

We bought our books today!! 600+ dollars! Plus I need 4 more books.

I got my call for my new "boss" today!! I GOT THE JOB ITS OFFICAL!!

I really need to clean my house!!!! OMG I'm also doing that tommrow for real!!

I have a nice long to do list

Hey there girlie girls,
Just wanted to share a nsv with you all... yesterday my hubby and I went to the hardware store and picked up some plaster to fix holes in the walls. I carried it in from the car because his back has been hurting him. When I got inside I complained about how heavy it was and he looked at the weight...it was almost exactly the amount that I have lost....it was heavy. How had I carried around that much weight? It was a real eye opener for me...I didn't really realize how much 51 pounds was. My hubby then cut a ribbon for me in the length of inches that I have lost...over 23 so far...mostly in my boobs of course..lol....It is amazing to see it that way...especially when I see myself everyday and don't really notice the loss and have so much more to go....anyway. ...I just wanted to share.

I am on my way to the river to take a swim. Keep up the good work girls!!!
