Wow, lots of people joining in but not alot of chatting so far or maybe you gals are doing it via e-mail? Anyhow.....
I went to the beach this weekend and did ok but not stellar. Funny, my folks are on diets as well but took the opportunity to go off while we were there. We had bacon both mornings!!!!!! Watching my dada I can see where I get alot of my bad eating habits. The biggest being eating too quickly. I haven't weighed myself because I am reserving weigh-ins for Fridays.
My plan for the week is at least 20 mins excersise and calorie counting this week. I am aiming for 1500-1600 calories a day. I think I am on track for today and am thankful the heat has broken so I can get in some walking time when I get home.
What is everyone elses plan for the week?
