Well, I am chugging along. Got in two days of over six miles on the weekend...didn't have time to walk yesterday, and forgot to wear my pedometer, but I am up to over 40 miles and feeling great about it. Today was another no walk day, but I am wearing the pedometer, so will have a more accurate count. Hope everyone is doing ok.

well today I walked 6 miles which brings me up to 38.5 for the month. I may do more later but probably won't so figured that I would post it now.

Well, yesterday after work I remembered to put on my pedometer, after forgetting it all weekend and most of last week. So since about 6:00 yesterday evening I've gone 4.78 miles, and 4.11 of that was today. I finally made it over 10,000 steps! Yay! Tomorrow I will remember the stupid thing in the morning and wear it all day. And there should be plenty of steps tomorrow. I'm going to dinner with my healthy friend tomorrow, and I'm going to try to get him to go for a walk with me, just to get in some sort of exercise, because I need to do something. More steps!

Keep up the good work, chicks!

Did 2 miles walking today and 5 miles on the bike! Woo Hoo!
Woudl have done more on the bike, but DD interrupted me with a panic! So I had to stop about 10 minutes too early!
But whoo hoo for me!!

Ok, chickies, are you ready for this? I mean, I told you there would be a lot of walking today, but really, prepare yourselves...

9.75 miles! And I'm not quite finished yet. 8.5 of those miles were done before leaving work at 5pm, so I didn't make my buddy for for a walk with me. I figured 20,500 steps was enough for one day! Plus my legs hurt!

The plan is to get on the stairclimber in the morning, then wear the pedometer all day. Another long shift tomorrow, though not as long as today's. Anyway, WOOHOO!
How's that for being back on track?

Hi All

Just checkin' in.

Monday I water ran for 45 minutes - another 3 miles. I've been doing a fair bit of swimming - not walking so my total is going up rather slowly. Oh well, at least I am getting some exercise in most days. Total miles 18.

:D I guess some of this exercise is paying off - I was down 4.4 this week at WI.

Ok, so where are all my 100-mile Challenge chickies?!

I'm still walking, at least. It feels like that's all I've been doing for the past few days. Yesterday brought in 6.0 miles, and today I'm at 4.88 right now.

Yeah, not much train of thought this evening. Just wanted to get that in. Going to update my signature, then watch a movie. Have a good night!

I got 7 more miles today. That is good for me. I ran 5 of those. I also got 1.5 miles during the weekend. That brings me to 47 miles. I won't make it to 100 but I did try so I am pleased with that.

45 minutes water running this morning .... add another 3 miles to my total

Drum roll 25 miles

squabb56 10-28-2004 12:07 AM

Me again,

20 minutes elipital and 20 minutes stair climber 2.4 miles for today.

New total 27.4 :)

miss_elisha 10-31-2004 09:57 PM

Ok, so including pedometer miles I got in 106.24 this month and that wasn't every day. However, actual aerobic activity accounts for only 20.25 of those miles, and that's pretty low.

But next month... watch out! Stairclimber, here I come!
