I want to achieve more variety in my exercise, but without losing the consistency that I've been experiencing. Here's an experiment. I'm going to set my minutes goal a little higher this month. My theory is that I will choose to do a video workout (yoga, pilates, or strength-training) a little more often as a way to meet that goal.

November goal: 2000 minutes

Hi Joy. I will join but I'm not going to set a minutes goal. Rather I will try to exercise 4 times from now until the end of the month. I finally have a date for my hip replacement surgery which will be right after Christmas - yeah!

Gardenerjoy: You have set a great goal for yourself.

Tabbycat here.
I had a hard fall in a parking lot in late Oct and am recovering from two fractures in my pelvis.
Hope to set a goal for some rehab-type work (stretching, recumbent bike w/o resistance) in December.

congratulations Joy, an exercise streak of over eight years is remarkable!

target: gym, sailing, walking - 8x total
result: gym x7, sailing x1 - 8x things total

not much sailing this month because the weather has been atrocious here. I thought I had been making some progress with my running, but I seem to have pulled something in my hip/thigh, so I'm off the treadmill for now, & off to see this physio this week.
