Flower... My apologies, but on my weight loss, it was not a loss of weight for two days in a row but rather the scales showed me at 224 lbs two days in a row, one lb down. And I have not gotten that low of a weight since so far, so it is not looking as good as I thought it was. I think I will get the three lb loss by the end of this month but we shall see.
Looks like I may need to take a course of clarity in writing eh?
So I’m jumping back in for the last 1/3 of the month. My weight is up (no surprise really given the hours I’ve been working). It’s been 5 days since the end of my crazy hours at work & the scale isn’t moving in a good direction. I decided this morning to do WW and see if that helps. I leave for vacation in 62 days. I want to be able to walk the Parks & not feel like I’m the one dragging everyone else to my speed. SW: 190.7
CW: 193.3 GW: 188. -2.7
I had a bad eating day, but I'm trying some non-food techniques to improve my current situation (remarkably, food doesn't fix tired) so I intend to turn things around today.

a couple of pounds lost, & I've snuck down under 14st again which is nice. I've been to the gym three times this month so far, & dinghy sailing a couple of times, which is quite a workout when you're as bad at it as I am.

I started tracking what I eat again and exercising more and I'm seeing better results. I'll try to keep it going and see where I end up at the end of the month

I met my goal to weigh myself 20 times this month. Since I started a challenge on April 10 to weigh for 90 consecutive days, this just feels like a blip on the path, but it hasn't always been that easy for me. Worthy of celebration!
Last week I did not think I had a chance at all of making my goal of 222 for a 3 lbs loss. I was weighing in at 226 to 229. Then in the last four days the scales started going down finally. This morning I weighed in at 222.8, so I am taking it to claim my goal of 3 lbs!
I hope all of you come in at goal or less this month
I'm down a tiny bit more. I've still got another half a pound more to make my goal. I find my weight loss this month has been very very slow even though I'm exercising more than I used to. BFR - congrats on meeting your goal Gardenerjoy: great job on meeting your weighing 20x goal
