Join the March Weight Loss Challenge to set your goal, track it, and meet it -- with the help of a supportive and encouraging group. All the goals will be compiled into a list. As each goal is met during the month, it gets turned RED in celebration.
Count me in again Joy amd thanks for your dedication to this thread.
I made my goal of 7 lbs last month and did one extra, but I will say it was tough.
This month's goal will be a modest 3 lbs. That is not much but will be enough for me and more easily accomplished.
Starting weight as of this morning
228.4
225.4 will be my goal.
This month I will be using a low-carb diet but will not be trying for the keto. This ought to be a lot easier and more pleasant to follow than keto was last month.
to all who join us in this weight loss journey.
Hang in there Wendy, U KAN DO IT
I've been rather distracted by other things the last month or so - evidenced by my not having kept track of my weight for several weeks & then somehow having put on 6lb when I did weigh myself.
anyway, I've dropped a few of those 6lb & my aim for the month is to get back down into the 13st-something's.
Well, I hit 227 the day after I entered my March beginning weight of 228. But it was on the high side of 227, something like 227.8. I had a hankering for some foods I had denied myself in February and I.... out.
I actually had one meal that was over 3000 calories and carb loaded. In four days I was up in the upper 230's again. It has taken the past two weeks to come back down.... This morning I weighed in at 227.1 So I am back on track again. I ought to be able to reduce my weight a further two lbs by the end of the month making my goal of 3 lbs for this month.
Glad to see you back Mr Badger
Let's hear from the rest of you, how are ya doing?
Thanks for being here all of ya
