flower1: My plan is to meet my November minutes goal today, too. I was inspired by you to do an interval training video yesterday. I'm still feeling some buzzy energy from it this morning. Fun!

gardenerjoy: congrats on doing an interval training video! I hope you made your goal today.

I went for a 30 minute walk in the rain after work so I could make my goal this month. Yahoo!
