Arrow December Exercise Challenge

Let's throw some of our celebratory energy into exercise!

State your exercise goal and track it throughout the month with this supportive group of fellow exercisers. We'll compile our workout goals into a list. As each goal is met during the month, it gets turned RED in celebration.

I'm feeling more motivated since I made my goal last month. I'm going to increase my goal to 450 minutes of exercise. I'm also going to add 2 other goals: I'm going to try to exercise 12 days in December to work on being more consistent with exercising and I'm also going to try to do 4 interval training sessions in December.

December goals: 450 min of exercise; exercise at least 12 days; interval training sessions x 4

Care-giving trips threw a monkey wrench in my plan in November. I expect to be making more trips this month. My modest goal for December is 500 minutes of intentional exercise.

Dec1: 30 min exercise bike
Dec2: 50 min walk
Dec4: 50 min walk
Dec6: 25 min walk
Dec8: 50 min walk
Dec9: 40 min walk

TOTAL MINUTES: 245

HI everyone - I've been sick for the past 2 weeks and felt too weak to exercise. Today was my first day back and I'm still feeling a bit weak.

flower1: So sorry that you've been sick. There's a lot of that going around! Starting back slowly works well for me.

I've tweaked my upper trapezius, so I'm going easy on yoga and weights for a few days.
