I have hit a bit of a rut, but it’s been that time of the month…. I’ll see where I level out when that’s over. Today’s a new day to make better choices. Way to go, MrBadger. I took a nice hike yesterday and that worked well for me, too.
Let's keep with it, WendyWants2Change! I got frustrated that daily weighing wasn't helping me lose, so I stopped for a few days. During which time I gained. Sigh. So, now I've got this straight in my mind. Daily weighing doesn't help me lose weight. Daily weighing helps keep me from gaining weight. That's an important tool in my tool box. Fortunately, I have other tools that help me lose weight. So, I'll continue with the daily weighing and start to use some of those other tools to see if I can get a downward trend. February goal: -1 kg Bonus goal: -1 more kg, Weigh 20x 1: 89.4 kgs; 1/20x 2: 88.9 kgs; 2/20x 3: 88.5 kgs; 3/20x 4: 88.3 kgs; 4/20x 5: 89.2 kgs; 5/20x (bragged too soon, sigh) 6: 89.3; 6/20x 7: 89.05; 7/20x 8: 88.8; 8/20x 9: 89.2; 9/20x 12: 89.15; 10/20x 13: 89.15; 11/20x 14: 89.3; 12/20x 16: 89.15; 13/20x 20: 90.5; 14/20x 21: 90.0; 15/20x 22: 90.0; 16/20x |

target: 15st 2lb / 212lb target loss: 3.5lb end: 15st 3.25lb / 213.25lb loss this month: 2.25lb I didn't hit my target, but I'm two and a bit pounds down so I'm reasonably happy with that. well done Wendy & Joy - I'll see you both in the March thread. :) |
