I know I used to really enjoy the mini challenges on here a few years ago, so I thought it would be fun to end the year with one. Everyone is welcome to join and it is open to anything that you wish to accomplish for the next couple of months. Keep track as often as you wish. No rules. Daily, weekly, monthly, etc.
My goal for the end of the year is to get to 315. Kind of a jumpstart to get in a better mindset for next year. I weighed in today at 335.8, so a 1.8 loss so far.
