October Exercise Challenge
 
October can be a beautiful month -- let's get out and enjoy it while moving our bodies.

State your exercise goal and track it throughout the month with this supportive group of fellow exercisers. We'll compile our workout goals into a list. As each goal is met during the month, it gets turned RED in celebration.

My October goal will be 600 minutes of intentional exercise.

Oct1: 35 min brisk walk; 35 min standard walk
Oct2: 35 min brisk walk
Oct3: 35 min brisk walk
Oct4: 35 min brisk walk
Oct5: 30 min walking; 20 min exercise bike
Oct6: 30 min walking
Oct7: 30 min walking
Oct8: 25 min gentle walk early AM; 40 min gentle walk late AM
Oct9: 30 min brisk walk AM; 30 min gentle walk PM
Oct13: 35 min walk; 15 min exercise bike
Oct14: 35 min walk
Oct16: 35 min walk
Oct18: 30 min walk
Oct19: 15 min walk (then I tripped and fell; a bit skinned but not really hurt); 10 min exercise bike
