I got covid in June and didn't do anything after that. My goal for July will be 400 minutes. July8: 20 min water walking AM; 30 min exercise bike AM; 15 min walking tape PM; 15 min strength training PM July9: 30 min exercise bike AM July10: 20 min exercise bike AM; 20 min exercise bike PM July11: 40 min ex bike AM; 30 min ex bike PM July12: 30 min ex bike PM; 25 min outdoor walk (very hot!)
