Summer fun and exercise go together!

State your exercise goal and track it throughout the month with this supportive group of fellow exercisers. We'll compile our workout goals into a list. As each goal is met during the month, it gets turned RED in celebration.

I got covid in June and didn't do anything after that.
My goal for July will be 400 minutes.

July8: 20 min water walking AM; 30 min exercise bike AM; 15 min walking tape PM; 15 min strength training PM
July9: 30 min exercise bike AM
July10: 20 min exercise bike AM; 20 min exercise bike PM
July11: 40 min ex bike AM; 30 min ex bike PM
July12: 30 min ex bike PM; 25 min outdoor walk (very hot!)
July13: 45 min water walking
July22: 10 min exercise bike
July23: 60 min water walking
July24: 50 min water walking

*** GOAL MET***

Add bonus goal of 200 more minutes for total of 600

July25: 55 min water walking
July27: 40 min water walking
July28: 30 min water walking; 20 min exercise bike
July29: 45 min water walking
