Arrow February Exercise Challenge

Let's exercise for heart-health in heart month.

State your exercise goal and track it throughout the month with this supportive group of fellow exercisers. We'll compile our workout goals into a list. As each goal is met during the month, it gets turned RED in celebration.

My knee and the weather are throwing a wrench in my plans. So this month I will make a very conservative goal and I hope to achieve and surpass it!

Recumbent Bike 14 total hours; 150 miles.
Feb 1 20 mins; 4 miles
Feb 2 31 min 5.5 miles
Feb 3 45 mins; 8 miles
Feb 4 48 mins 8.25 miles
Feb 6 35 mins 5.5 miles- out of town for that week
Feb 12 25 mins 4.25 miles
Feb 13 15 mins 2..25 miles
Feb 14 25 mins 4.5 miles
Feb 17 17 mins 3.4 miles
Fe 18 shingle shot reaction no exercise
Feb 19 20 mins 3.89 miles
Feb 20, 20 mins 4.21 miles
Exercise challenge is completely controllable by me, Weight loss not so much, scale and body are not reflecting my hard work, but this challenge is a big help, thank you
