Not sure what my weight is today - I'm at my mother's - but my goal is to be 126 on my scale which weighs six pounds lighter than my doctor's scale.
I'm jumping in for January. My goal is 10lbs to start off. I'm dragging out an old template that I loved using. Looking forward to getting back on track!

I've been working all weekend so haven't had time to update but I have been weighing myself. Also, I have decided not to eat while at work. I work 12 hour night shifts on the weekends and I usually eat more than I need and snack all night long. This was my first weekend eating just before the start of the shift, at about 6:30pm and not again until I eat a small breakfast at home, around 9am the next morning. I haven't been hungry at work at all. I do drink water throughout the night. We will see how it goes!
