Not sure what my weight is today - I'm at my mother's - but my goal is to be 126 on my scale which weighs six pounds lighter than my doctor's scale. :) |

Hello everyone; today is my Friday weigh-in day.

I've been working all weekend so haven't had time to update but I have been weighing myself. Also, I have decided not to eat while at work. I work 12 hour night shifts on the weekends and I usually eat more than I need and snack all night long. This was my first weekend eating just before the start of the shift, at about 6:30pm and not again until I eat a small breakfast at home, around 9am the next morning. I haven't been hungry at work at all. I do drink water throughout the night. We will see how it goes!
