My goal for April will be 600 minutes of intentional exercise.

Apr2: 30 min brisk walk 2 mi AM
Apr4: 30 min brisk walk 2 mi AM
Apr5: 30 min brisk walk 2 mi PM
Apr8: 10 min exercise bike PM; 30 min brisk walk PM
Apr11: 15 min exercise bike AM; 30 min brisk walk 2 mi AM
Apr15: 30 min brisk walk 2 mi PM
Apr18: 20 min walk (should have been 30 but I got dog-bit after 15 min); 10 min exercise bike PM
Apr19: 20 min exercise bike AM; 20 min easy outdoor walk PM; 30 min brisk 2 mi walk PM
Apr23: 15 min walk
Apr24: 75 min 5k walk plus warmup and cooldown
Apr26: 50 min outdoor walk
Apr28: 15 min walk; then 35 min brisker walk


Total Minutes: 495

My goal for April is 1400 min. I'm aiming for that to include 25 days with stretching, 12 days with yoga, and 8 days with strength-training.

1: 25 walk, 10 stretch; 35/1400, 1/25 stretch
2: 25 walk, 10 stretch; 70/1400, 2/25 stretch
