Was 123lb on saturday and sunday mornings, but didn't dare get on scales this morning after a bit of a diet-break (read wine-splurge!) last night. I'll still claim the weekend weight though. If i'm not there today, i'll be back there by tomorrow..... Almost at Novembers target, but of course want to beat it and ensure i stay below for the rest of the month.

I’m tardy to the party but I’m here trying to lose 3.4 lbs in the remaining days of November. Current weight is 283.2 a new low, total is 33.6 lbs down in nearly a year and goal is 279.8 by December 1st 2020.

ange82much: I'm sorry that I'm just seeing your message. Yes I am so excited to be retiring from one job and starting another. I worked as an executive admin assistant at a major soft drink company for 25 years and will now be working as a real estate agent which I am so excited about. Before the pandemic, my commute was 1 hour each way and that was becoming a challenge for me. My company offered voluntary severance packages so I took advantage of it since I am old enough to retire as well.

I've had a good week and I am down 2 pounds since the first of the month. I think I will make my goal this month. Because I am losing slow during this pandemic, I am setting smaller monthly goals.

I hope everyone else is doing good

3- day plateau for me after losing pretty much every day for a month, so guess i couldn't live the dream for ever! Still on plan with the food though, so the scales will comply again soon.

Hit target for the month and am 4lb down since the start of Nov, and have been at 122 the last couple of days
Super happy, and hoping to keep motoring for a few lb more - of course the November job isn't done until the end of November so i can't claim to meet my target til then, but all good so far.

a glimpse of 121lb this morning, but i'll wait to see it again before i claim it - which might be a while with weekend happening next I'm still on crutches but reckon i can hobble across the road to the bus-stop, so we're off out for a drink and some food at the other end of the bus-line tonight.

I did well at the beginning of the month then got off plan. I'll try to get myself back on track and see if I can lose another pound or so by month's end.
