October was too hot to walk after work, but the pool was closed so no swimming. I didn't do well at all! My November goal will be a very modest 500 minutes of intentional exercise. I did the yoga program that's been working well for me all year. This was the first time that I did yoga since I twisted my ankle last month. It did fine -- just a couple of spots where I was aware that it's not quite 100% yet, but no moment when I feared re-injuring it. So, I think I'll get back to yoga, very carefully and gently.
