Today I worked out so I'm happy to get back on track, it's been a hot second! Can't believe it's almost May! |

We sold our house and moved to an apartment in April. So I was major stress eating. But I started a walking program so that helped. I basically, maintained my weight for April. SW: 169 CW: 169 GW: 162 :rain: |
