I'm so close!... I made only two changes to my diet this week, and the results are insane: Drinking alot more water and keeping "bad" carbs to a minimum (only sweet potatoes, oats, brown rice, fruits and veggies, etc for me). I'm totally aware someone will likely sweep in and win this before I reach 213, but I don't even care
I'm just happy to not be bloated anymore!
