Still within normal fluctuation, no real change.
Edited for end of month. 184.4 is my number right now. 4.2 pounds is right about a pound a week, so I'm perfectly happy with that for the month.
My current measurements (to the nearest .25 inch) are:
Neck: 13.75 -> 13.5
Bicep: 12.75 -> 12.75
Forearm: 10.5 -> 10.75
Chest: 42 -> 41
Waist: 36.5 -> 35.5
Belly/Hips: 43.25 -> 43
Thigh: 24.75 -> 24.25
Calf: 16.5 -> 16.5
So down 2.75" this month. Finally losing some off the top half, which is nice to see at last. Also, almost down to the 35" waist mark, which is big, health-wise.
I only lost -.4 LBS for the month of May.
