I have been having lots of issues with my knee and back so I'm going to start back slowly and hope I can get myself back on track.

December goal: 400 minutes, at least 3 days per week.

Another month has passed without meeting my goal.
I will try again.
My goal is 600 minutes of intentional exercise.
Dec 20: 35 min
Dec26: 40 min
Dec27:30 min
Dec29: 60 min
Dec30: 35 min
Dec31: 35 min


Total: 235 min

I've just done a frantic 2000 steps before midnight so that I could legitimately put my goal at 7000 steps/day (again...)

I ended my November with 905 minutes. I want to start working my way back to 1200, but I'm going to do it gradually.

December goal -- 1000 minutes

Thanks gardenerjoy! I've been pitiful for the last couple of months with my foot/knee injury and sheer laziness so I'm trying to make an effort on days when I'm not at university, especially as I'll be in lectures/library for the next few days so my steps will be lower. I've got no excuse now for not doing it!
