I haven't posted an update this month yet, because I've just been hovering between 210 and 211, but I'm almost past my busy time and ready for a whoosh again. Worked about 50 hours this week, but was able to get ready for tomorrow, so I get to take today off, yay! So tomorrow is still busy and then I'm past the crazy time and can relax a bit. Bring on the whoosh!

CW: 183.5 GW: 180 I played a little game in my mind this morning because I sooooo wanted to stay in bed instead of go to work. I said if I've lost weight I'm going to work. Got on the scale. Going to work HA! |

SW: 211.2 CW: 208.4 (-2.8) GW: 206.2 |
Follena: I love the idea of your weigh-in determining going to work  I could see it backfiring though lol
Lacerta: Way to go on your whoosh! Lots of lifting heavy things from yardwork today will probably cause a slight gain tomorrow from water retention  SW: 237.1 CW: 232.4 (-4.7) GW: 232.1 |
So close, Kayla!! You're doing great and will probably win this one! :cheer3:
------------------------- Just doing a quick pop-in! I started TOM today though, so we will see how that goes...lol. SW: 177.4 CW: 174.6 (-2.8) GW: 172.4 |
Casey, great job so far!! Shark week is supposed to start in the next couple of days for me too! Hurray for all the bloating

SW: 211.2 CW: 207.4 (-3.8) GW: 206.2 |
SW: 190
CW: 182.6 GW: 180 La la laaaaaa ... this weight loss is sure slowing doooooowwwnn. No matter. It's just staying on plan no matter what. Today is my last day before a 3 day weekend so I'm happy. |
SW: 211.2
CW: 206.4 (-4.8) GW: 206.2 The last few days have been a megawhoosh, but I can't imagine that continuing. I'll likely be up tomorrow, because I usually am on Saturdays. But maybe Sunday or Monday, I'll reach the 5 pound mark. |
SW: 190
CW: 181.6 GW: 180 I imagine I’ll be going up again cuz I never lose one whole pound overnight :D |
SW: 211.2
CW: 208.8 (-2.4) GW: 206.2 So I had a big rebound today. It is mostly water, so we'll see how long it takes to come back down. |
SW: 190
CW: 181.5 GW: 180 Managed to maintain my loss by doing some IF yesterday. Just had a huge lunch and a small supper. I like doing 2 meals per day on weekends. But I won't be doing that today. 3 meals is my happy place. |
SW: 190
CW: 182.4 GW: 180 Stayed low carb last night at my family supper. Weight still jumped up a bit but in the words of the greatest valley girl ... whatever!!! |
SW: 211.2
CW: 208.0 (-3.2) GW: 206.2 Partway back down today. Maybe the rest tomorrow? We'll see. |
Just checking in now that TOM is over. https://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/ima...iles/wavey.gif

Lacerta, Casey, & Follena: Way to go! Y'all are kicking some serious butt!
SW: 237.1 CW: 234.3 (-2.8) GW: 232.1 |
SW: 211.2
CW: 207.6 (-3.6) GW: 206.2 Some more partway back down, but nowhere close to my low again yet. I'm craving salt a lot right now, and I had bad muscle cramping on my shins the other day, so I'm wondering if I'm a little deficient in sodium or potassium right now. Edited because I called them shinsplints, but it isn't the bone that hurts, it is the muscle around the bone, so not shinsplints. |

I hit my goal on the nose today!
SW: 177.4 CW: 172.4 (-5.0) GW: 172.4 |
SW: 190
CW: 180.8 GW: 180 Ophelia: that's awesome you hit your goal on the nose. Pretty cool considering you're feeling under the weather. I tend to hang on to every ounce of weight when I'm sick. In January you are in the 160s my friend. Ahhhhh how wonderful. Red: thanks and you are kicking butt too!!! Lacerta: I hope the muscles in your shins improve. Do you do a lot of walking? I got plantar fasciitis in my heels when I was heavier and jogging. I think my heels were telling me something. But seriously the only way I could get rid of it was with icing 4 Xs day. |
Follena: Come join us in the next thread. The way these ones work is once someone hits the 5 pound mark, they make a new thread and everyone resets that weight as their new starting weight and tries to lose 5 pounds again. New thread is at
https://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/chi...nge-382-a.html And yes, I do walk a fair amount, but I think this cramping was potassium related. I've had a problem with potassium deficiency before, and after eating lots of potassium rich foods for the last day and a half, the cramping seems to have gone away, so I suspect that was what was going on. I probably need to get a supplement. |
