    Total Loss for Week Three:

    The small bump back up today is not unexpected. I tend to eat saltier foods on Fridays and retain water on Saturdays. I should be back down again tomorrow. I'm just happy I wasn't up more.

    1: 269.5 New decade! I'm ill today though so I don't know what'll happen tomorrow.
    2: 268.5 Sooo, this is good but is it because I was ill and ate very little or because I'm following the same pattern as last month?
    3: 269 I think this is probably sodium too because I had sausages. I was very good at the fair: tiny tastes of chocolate, cake, and olives.
    4: 270 Not enjoying the bouncing around. I'm not exercising because of my injured foot so that's not helping.
    5: 270.5 Going the wrong way but food-wise there's no reason for it, just my lack of exercise because of my foot, which is swollen and I can hardly stand on it.
    6: 269.5 Keeping my calories low because I'm mostly sitting on the sofa with my foot elevated. Seeing my doctor today so hopefully I can get some advice.
    7: 268 I was up peeing all night which must have been water after a few sodium-heavy meals. Yesterday I ended up having an x-ray on my foot for a suspected stress fracture. Thankfully there's no fracture but I won't know if there's anything else, such as arthritis, until the GP gets the full report.

    9: 268.5 This is fine. I ended up eating a sandwich and a KitKat after midnight so I expected it to go up.

    Today was not what I wanted to see for my 8 month lose-versary. But I was not surprised. I'm 99% sure that the only reason I wasn't down today was digestion related, in which case, I really should be down tomorrow.

    I was really hoping for a 211.x this morning, was thrilled to see it, especially clear down to 211.2. Maybe I'll get to 210.x by Thanksgiving after all.

    Not really a surprise to be back up today. I was actually way under on my calories yesterday, but most of what I ate, was later in the day than usual. I had like 50% of my calories after 6:00 PM, which is really rare for me. So this is likely just that my body hasn't processed that food yet. I hope to be back down tomorrow in time for Thanksgiving morning. I was actually pretty happy to just stay in the 211s this morning. Tells me that it wasn't just a fluke.
